What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call‑backs to small business owners
Build strong relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, and follow up on open quotes to close sales
Communicate The Hartford's value proposition and additional coverages to customers
Support a high‑performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and agility
Balance inbound sales calls, outbound communications, and email to effectively close sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature and strong desire to win
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Goal‑oriented and metric‑focused
Outstanding organization, desk management, time management, and computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
