Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process by building leads and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring responsiveness and follow-up on open quotes
Communicate The Hartford's value proposition effectively to close sales
Support a high-performing sales culture by prioritizing and managing daily work activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience preferred
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience is a plus
Goal-oriented and metric-focused with outstanding organization and time management skills
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in balancing inbound sales calls alongside outbound communications
Proven ability to operate confidently and nimbly in a sales environment
