Job Responsibilities
Partner with the Inside Sales Team to build leads, accept inbound calls, assign leads, and schedule call‑backs to small business owners
Prioritize customer relationships by being responsive, following up on open quotes, and closing sales
Communicate The Hartford's value proposition effectively to potential clients
Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence
Balance inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications to close sales
Qualifications
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
Outstanding organization, time management, and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
