What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call‑backs to small business owners
Prioritize customer satisfaction by building relationships, following up on quotes, and closing sales
Communicate The Hartford's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
Support a high‑performing sales culture by managing daily work activities effectively
Handle inbound sales calls and provide responsive communication via email and online chat
What is Required (Qualifications):
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Previous call center experience
Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus

Experience in a competitive sales environment
Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products
