What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling follow-ups

Prioritize customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and following up on open quotes

Communicate The Hartford's value proposition effectively to small business owners

Support a high-performing sales environment by managing daily activities with confidence and efficiency

Engage in inbound sales calls and manage outbound communications to close sales

What is Required (Qualifications)

Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature

Call center experience preferred

Familiarity with Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management and computer usage

Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus

Previous experience in a sales role or customer service environment

Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
