What is Required (Qualifications)
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Strong organizational, desk management, time management, and computer skills
Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) skills
Previous experience in a sales environment
Familiarity with small business insurance products
