Partner with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call‑backs
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring responsiveness and follow‑up on open quotes
Communicate effectively with the Inside Sales Team regarding sales outcomes
Promote the employer's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
Manage daily work activities with confidence and prioritize effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Ability to balance inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications
Outstanding organization and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
Competitive nature and strong desire to win in a sales environment
