What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call‑back to small business owners
Prioritize customer relationships by being responsive and following up on open quotes to close sales
Sell the employer's value proposition, including its history and additional coverages
Support the sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and agility
What is Required (Qualifications)
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience preferred
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience is a plus
Goal‑oriented and metric‑focused with strong organizational skills
Comfort in balancing inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
Previous experience in a call center environment
