What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, building leads, accepting inbound calls, and scheduling call-backs
Build strong relationships with customers, being responsive and following up on open quotes to close sales
Communicate The employer's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities effectively
Balance inbound sales calls with outbound communications to maximize sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature
Call center experience
Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
Goal-oriented and metric-focused with outstanding organization and time management skills
Proficiency in computer skills; bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role in a call center environment
Knowledge of insurance products and services
Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Familiarity with CRM software
