What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
Prioritize customer satisfaction by following up on open quotes and communicating outcomes to the Inside Sales Team
Present and sell the employer's value proposition, including its history and additional coverages
Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities confidently and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including online chat
What is Required (Qualifications)
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience preferred
Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus
Previous experience in a sales-oriented role
