Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call-backs
Establish strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries, including through online chat
Effectively communicate and promote the employer's value proposition to small business owners
Support and contribute to a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities efficiently
Follow up on open quotes and close sales with potential customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
Competitive nature with a strong desire to win
