What is Required
Proven experience in a client-facing recruitment or staffing role, ideally in an agency environment
Strong track record of driving business growth through relationship management
Proficiency in using social recruiting tools and ATS platforms for talent sourcing
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with decision-makers
How to Stand Out
Familiarity with Intiway recruiting software
Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
A commercial mindset with the ability to spot new business opportunities
Team player with a collaborative approach across functions
Good command of English for success in an international working environment
