Responsibilities
Develop a deep knowledge of the employer’s products, solutions, and value propositions
Gather customer business needs to tailor the right solutions using the employer’s products
Create solution proposals, presentations, and other customer communications
Combat competitive threats and educate potential customers on the employer’s key values and benefits
Lead or participate in customer-facing meetings and maintain excellent relationships with partners and prospects
Qualifications
B.S. or similar technical degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Information Services
1-3 years of working experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or a pre-sales environment
Experience at a SaaS company or familiarity with Drupal and cloud architectures
Passion for the web and open-source development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to understand technical solutions in depth
Experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives
Demonstrated good questioning techniques and effective interpretation skills for understanding customer use cases
Willingness to learn and collaborate with AI tools to enhance processes
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
