What to Expect Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion within assigned accounts

Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close

Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business objectives

Implement solutions-based selling to align Wrike's offerings with customer needs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction

What is Required Qualifications:

5+ years of successful commercial sales experience with a proven track record, specifically in SaaS

Minimum 3 years as an Account Manager responsible for an install account base

Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close

Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively at multiple organizational levels

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in work management or project management, particularly selling to ideal customer profiles in Marketing, Professional Services, Manufacturing, or Engineering

Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling

Additional language proficiency relevant to the territory
