Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, policy coverage, and policy changes through various contact channels Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring complete satisfaction with the service provided Make informed decisions and take appropriate risks to resolve customer issues Build relationships with customers to enhance client retention and product loyalty Collaborate with partners to support customers across multiple programs and stay compliant with regulations Qualifications
Must be available for scheduled work shifts, primarily from home Ability to develop working skills through formal training or work experience Must accept ownership of customer interactions and provide service with a customer-first approach Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to insurance Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Preferred Qualifications
