Responsibilities

Review and analyze license applications submitted through various platforms, ensuring compliance with regulations

Respond to inquiries from applicants and licensees regarding policies, procedures, and application statuses

Enter and maintain data in the department's databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Assist applicants in submitting necessary documentation for various types of licenses

Prepare and update departmental policies and procedures related to licensing processes

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer service and/or insurance

Considerable knowledge of the Nationwide Multi-state Licensing System (NMLS)

Strong analytical skills necessary for evaluating applications

Proficient in using various computer software applications at an advanced level

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of the Nationwide Multi-state Licensing System (NMLS)

Experience with regulatory compliance and policy interpretation
