Provide professional and courteous customer service to taxpayers by handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries Efficiently document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the department's ticketing system Stay updated on taxation laws and best practices to provide accurate information to taxpayers Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Assist in achieving call center performance metrics, including call handling and customer satisfaction scores Qualifications

High School Diploma (HSD) or General Education Degree (GED) Minimum of one year of related customer service experience Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills Proficiency in using a PC in a Windows environment and familiarity with Google Suite applications Ability to pass background checks, including Arizona tax compliance verification and criminal background check Preferred Qualifications
