Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment Associates Degree or equivalent experience Proven ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with telephony systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications
