Job Responsibilities: Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and effective customer service communication Follow up on calls to resolve issues, document messages, and handle transfers as necessary Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up on missed appointments Triage calls to determine the nature of inquiries and escalate as needed Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and document call logs What is Required
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish 1 to 2 years of experience as a Call Center Representative in a fast-paced medical or community mental health environment High School Diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Ability to handle difficult clients with professionalism and care How to Stand Out
