What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to define strategic projects and process improvements for partner engagement
Work cross-functionally to support operational programs aligned with the organizational strategy
Provide operational support for the Partner organization, including leadership updates on KPIs and reporting
Ensure data integrity in Salesforce related to Partner programs and processes
Drive accountability and measure results for impactful programs and processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
4 - 6 years of experience supporting Partner operations, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise-focused organizations
Proven experience in implementing scalable programs and processes
Familiarity with building systems processes and automation for MSP/MSSP routes to market
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Impartner; experience with Looker is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities as the organization grows
Familiarity with industry trends in cloud security and partner ecosystems
