Overview
Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Insulated Metal Panel Installer to join our team in Surprise, AZ. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: Duties and Responsibilities
Installation:
Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulated metal panels (IMPs) and associated trim for walls, standing seam roofs, and single skin interior sheathing. Blueprint Reading:
Interpreting drawings, specifications, and measurements for accurate installation. Material Handling:
Unpacking, managing, and preparing materials such as panels, fasteners, and sealants. Assembly:
Securing panels using appropriate systems (rivets, screws, adhesives) and ensuring proper alignment. Caulking experience and experience with watertight warranty installations are a plus. Safety Compliance:
Following all safety guidelines, attending meetings, and using safety equipment (especially at heights). Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Architectural Metal +4 yrs Experience with industrial/commercial construction and insulated panel systems Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and use various hand/power tools to assist the team in high-quality watertight metal panel systems Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work at heights Teamwork, initiative, and attention to detail Physical Requirements
Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions Qualifications and Requirements
Forklift and aerial lift operator experience required
