What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Communicate effectively with National Partner Managers and partners regarding new product offerings
Manage and support a team of National Partner Managers to drive their success
Develop strategies to maximize sales of Pure Storage products within the National Partner channel
Collaborate with marketing to create programs and events for prospect engagement
Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows, and conduct contract negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Demonstrated experience in developing National partners or sales teams
Ability to assess, plan, and manage a territory for maximum revenue and efficiency
Strong desire to drive change and promote new technologies
Passion for ensuring post-sales customer success
BA/BA degree in business, marketing, or software engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Sales management experience
Experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels
