Overview
The Event Coordinator role supports the planning and execution of industry events across our portfolio markets. This role will play a key part in delivering high-impact trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events that elevate our brand, support sales objectives, and strengthen relationships across the aviation community. This role sits in a hybrid arrangement, in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics and execution for industry events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and sponsorships
Manage event timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and on-site support
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align event strategy and messaging
Support exhibit planning, shipping, installation/dismantle, and asset management
Track event deliverables, deadlines, and post-event reporting
Ensure consistent brand representation and exceptional attendee experiences
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience coordinating events, trade shows, or experiential marketing
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with vendors, exhibit houses, and event organizers
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with aviation, B2B marketing, B2C, or technology-driven events is a plus
