housing, therapy, case management, and reentry support
to help individuals and families overcome
domestic violence, incarceration, homelessness, and substance abuse recovery. We’re scaling nationwide and need a
Marketing Specialist
who can transform our mission into powerful stories that
capture hearts, raise awareness, and inspire action . Position Summary
Job Description As Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative engine behind campaigns that amplify our programs, fundraising events, and community impact. This role is the perfect balance of
storytelling, design, and analytics —you’ll create content that moves people and track results that prove impact. Key Responsibilities
Develop & execute
marketing strategies
across digital, print, and community channels. Create
content & campaigns
that highlight client stories, programs, and fundraising initiatives. Manage
branding, visuals, and promotional materials
for events & programs. Partner with the social media team to ensure
consistent, engaging messaging . Monitor & analyze
campaign performance
(traffic, engagement, conversions). Build partnerships with
media outlets & community organizations
to expand visibility. Support
fundraising & grants teams
with compelling marketing materials. Skills & Competencies
Strong
writing & storytelling
skills. Proficiency in
digital marketing tools
(Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.). Basic
graphic design
skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar). Analytical mindset for
campaign tracking & reporting . Creative, strategic, and mission-driven with strong project management. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in
Marketing, Communications, or related field
(preferred). 2+ years
marketing experience (nonprofit/mission-driven background a plus). Familiarity with
SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising . Event marketing & promotion experience a plus. Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
$18 - $27/hr (based on experience). Flexibility:
