Responsibilities
Promote the employer's brand by partnering with local store management to drive product visibility and execution of promotions
Conduct regular store visits to build relationships and support product sales that exceed targets
Act as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments like marketing and supply chain
Develop strategic partnerships with key customer leaders to facilitate training and growth activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales and marketing collateral
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related business field
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and/or nutritional experience
Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships with accounts
Strong financial and analytical skills for sales data analysis
Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips (up to 75%)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the agricultural industry or related fields
Strong general management skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
Creative thinking skills to develop new ideas and relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools
Ability to lift 50 lb bags
