Responsibilities

Increase sales volume and market share of products through technology-based selling

Proactively communicate and execute marketing programs and contract offers with customers

Identify and document critical issues limiting sales growth, developing solutions in collaboration with distribution and marketing teams

Utilize sales tools and CRM software to track reports and maintain accurate client history records

Manage customer order generation, pricing, forecasting, and training

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a Business-related field plus 2-4 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 4 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales

Exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills

Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced work environment

Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce)

Willingness to travel up to 10% as required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience demonstrating agility and leading/adapting quickly to change

Proven ability to optimize selling effectiveness and execute as a valued business partner

Competence in leveraging data-driven decisions to enhance business outcomes
