What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote the employer's Animal Nutrition brand through partnerships with local store management to drive product visibility
Conduct regular store visits to build relationships and support sales that exceed targets
Act as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments, including marketing and supply chain
Develop strategic partnerships with key customer leaders and collaborate with peers to ensure alignment
Record results and manage administrative responsibilities through the CRM platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related business field
2+ years of successful sales and/or nutritional experience
Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships with accounts and other stakeholders
Strong financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools, with the ability to lift 50 lb bags
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a consultative sales role within the agriculture or animal nutrition industry
Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, including strategy presentations to various stakeholders
Creative thinking skills to develop new ideas and systems for success
Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role
