Our long-term non-profit client is looking for a Workday HR Director to lead their HCM optimization efforts long-term.
This is a hybrid position in Washington D.C. and will focus on the enhancement and configuration of Workday HCM & Payroll. Prior end-user experience with direct reports is required.

- Lead HCM optimization efforts and Workday configuration for HCM & Payroll.
- Focus on configurations, reporting, and security, while working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements.
