We’re partnering with a Series A "AI" company redefining how enterprise marketing teams engage and retain customers at scale. Backed by tier-one investors and trusted by major global brands, they’re building a category-defining platform at the intersection of AI, automation, and intelligent customer engagement. They’re now hiring a Growth Lead to design and execute high-impact ABM and event-driven strategies across priority enterprise accounts. What you’ll be doing: Lead Account-Based Marketing programs targeting high-value enterprise prospects Plan and execute roundtables, roadshows, curated dinners, webinars, and other live/virtual touchpoints Partner closely with Sales to develop tailored messaging, cadences, and materials that generate a qualified pipeline Own lead gen across both offline and online channels, driving conversion and deal velocity Track, report, and optimize campaign performance — iterate fast, double down on what works Qualifications

What they’re looking for: You must have 3+ years of experience driving B2B field marketing, account-based campaigns, or demand generation programs in a fast-paced growth company, or have a background in consulting, with experience partnering with b2b SaaS/AI organisations to help build their GTM motion.
