HUG is partnering with a high-growth AI infrastructure startup entering a major commercial scale phase. They’re building foundational technology that powers real-world, mission-critical AI deployments, and they’re now hiring a VP of Sales to own and shape their go-to-market strategy.
This is a true zero-to-one leadership role. You’ll define GTM strategy and build a high-performing commercial function from the ground up, selling complex, deeply technical infrastructure into production environments.
This could be for you if:
You’ve led enterprise or strategic sales for AI, data, cloud, or deep-tech platforms
You’ve built GTM motions from scratch (ICP, pricing, positioning, pipeline, first hires)
You thrive in long-cycle, high-value, technical deals
You want real ownership, not just a quota
You genuinely care about the product you’re selling
Compensation: Up to $400k OTE (50/50 split)
Equity: Meaningful equity with long-term upside
