Senior Director, Financial Product & Pricing Company: Qcells North America

Base Pay Range

$257,000 – $300,000 per year

Qcells is currently seeking an experienced executive to lead the TPO and loan products business lines at EnFin. The Sr Director, Financial Products & Strategy will be responsible for the growth and profitability of these financial products within the Qcells dealer network. This role has massive strategic scope and accountability for profitability and unit economics of EnFin, and will also lead entry into the new homes space and the development of prepaid products – including a prepaid/loan combination. All new financial products and new markets will flow through your leadership.

This role is extremely cross‑functional. The TPO team will work closely with EnFin on the POS financing platform, capital raising, and servicing, and will work equally with Axia on sales, portfolio management, and quality assurance for installed and leased systems. The position will be based in one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA; or Teaneck, NJ with an in‑office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

Pricing & Profitability: Lead our lease pricing group and liaise between capital markets and the business.

Strategy / Product Creation: Create new financial products that allow us to compete on things other than price; develop and launch our prepaid offer and prepaid + loan combination products; create new financing concepts and enter new sectors.

New Market Entry: Lead new market entry, including pricing, licensing, contract development; new sector entry such as channels and new homes.

Manage a team.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in corporate strategy, operation, or corporate development role.

Previous experience with lease pricing and tax equity structures.

Previous experience managing people.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.

Experience and proficiency in creating high‑quality presentations.

Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Ability to collaborate and work across multi‑departments and business entities.

Able to structure and present complex business matters effectively.

Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player.

Strong, self‑motivated team player.

Strong Microsoft Office Skills.

Willingness to travel, up to 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in residential solar financing.

Solar industry experience (renewable).
