Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options, bookings, and itineraries
Assist with reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Provide timely support to resolve questions or concerns before, during, and after travel
Research destinations and promotions to recommend the best options for clients
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
