Having worked closely with this firm over the years, we are partnering closely with the Orange County office of a leading law firm to identify a strong mid-to-senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate with a minimum of 3 full years of experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial real estate (CRE) finance, representing sophisticated lenders—including national and regional banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and private equity lenders—on complex transactions. Experience should include drafting, negotiating, and documenting construction and term loan facilities involving assets such as hotels and resorts, industrial and distribution centers, high-rise office buildings, biomedical research complexes, and nursing facilities. Represent sophisticated lenders on complex commercial real estate finance transactions (including national and regional banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and private equity lenders). Draft, negotiate, and document construction and term loan facilities involving assets such as hotels and resorts, industrial and distribution centers, high-rise office buildings, biomedical research complexes, and nursing facilities. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 full years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE) finance. Experience representing lenders on CRE financing transactions and a track record of drafting, negotiating, and documenting loan facilities. Confidentiality
