Manage day-to-day site operations for multifamily residential projects Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control Maintain communication with project managers, and stakeholders Proactively solve on-site issues to keep projects on track Requirements 4+ years of experience as a superintendent in multifamily construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols Proven leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
