Our client is seeking a
Senior
Superintendent
who takes pride in running a safe, organized, and quality-driven jobsite. This is a great opportunity for a builder who thrives on teamwork, communication, and seeing projects through from dirt to delivery. About the Role:
You’ll oversee all field operations on ground-up commercial projects ranging from $50M–$100M+. You’ll work closely with the project manager, lead subcontractors, and ensure the project is built safely, on schedule, and to spec. Key Responsibilities:
Direct all on-site construction activities and personnel Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards Coordinate daily with project management and subcontractors Maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Sr. Superintendent Proven track record delivering commercial or institutional projects Strong leadership and communication skills OSHA 30 (preferred) Why This Role:
