
Overview
Insight Global’s nonprofit client is hiring an HR Generalist specializing in Employee Relations, Policies, and Compliance. This role partners closely with employees and leadership to resolve workplace concerns, uphold organizational standards, and maintain a positive employee experience. You'll work on a team of five HR professionals and report directly to the HR Director. This role is hybrid (2 days onsite).
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to employee questions and concerns, ensuring timely resolution aligned with HR policies.
Deliver bi-monthly new hire orientations; update materials and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Participate in exit interviews and review survey data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
Strong hands-on experience with manual LOA processing.
Experience working with benefits brokers.
Background supporting 500+ employees (required; candidates without this are not a fit).
Strong communication and organizational skills. Nonprofit experience is a plus.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
