Be the first point of contact for
potential new clients
by handling a high volume of calls and emails. Guide clients
through the intake process from start to finish-ensuring a seamless experience. Accurately record client information
into the database (your attention to detail will shine!). Maintain strict
client confidentiality
at all times. Who We're Looking For
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a HUGE plus but not required 1-2 years of experience
in a legal or office setting. Strong communication skills , both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel), with a willingness to learn new systems. If you're looking for a rewarding role with great growth potential,
