Who You Are As a Funds Transfer Specialist II, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to wire funds with Frost. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all wire requests follow established guidelines and procedures. You’ll answer inbound and outbound calls and enjoy providing next-level customer service to every individual you interact with. Our transfer specialists are diligent problem-solvers who deliver a wires experience that makes people feel secure.
What You’ll Do
Review wire transfer agreements to ensure that customer documents are accurately completed and that wire transfer services are properly executed
Input confidential data into wire system to verify that customers can safely and securely initiate wire transfer instructions
Provide maintenance to customer accounts to certify that the wire system can operate efficiently
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls pertaining to wire agreement documents
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What You’ll Need
1+ years of Funds Transfer experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills
2-4 years of banking experience
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
