Responsibilities
Process incoming sales quotes promptly and accurately using our internal systems and tools.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the sales process.
