We are looking for a Returns Goods Associate who takes pride in being the ultimate \"recovery expert\". In this role, you aren\'t just processing packages; you are the critical link in our supply chain that ensures returned items are evaluated fairly, processed quickly, and handled with care.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or retail returns environment.
You notice the small things—a missing manual, a cracked seal, or a mismatched serial number.
Comfortable using scanners and computers; experience with ERP software (like SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) is a major plus.
Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift/move packages (typically up to 40-50 lbs).
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping your workspace organized and efficient.
Salary: $22 - $23 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM Education: High School
Responsibilities
Own the Intake:
Receive and document returned shipments, ensuring every item is accounted for and matched against Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
Inspect with Precision:
Perform detailed physical inspections of returned goods to determine their condition. Is it like new, refurbished, or damaged? Your judgment keeps our inventory records accurate.
System Mastery:
Update our warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP in real-time, ensuring the Customer Service and Accounting teams have the data they need to issue credits or replacements.
Coordinate the Flow:
Sort and route products to their proper destination—whether that’s back to the shelf for resale, to the repair team for a fix, or to the recycling center.
Collaborate for Quality:
Identify patterns in returns. If you notice the same part breaking over and over, you\'ll be the one to alert the Quality team to help us fix the problem at the source.
