Job Overview CORE Construction is hiring a Senior Commercial Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of high-value, complex commercial construction projects in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing all phases of construction from mobilization to final punch-out. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation—while ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met. You’ll play a vital role in delivering institutional projects that impact communities—ranging from K–12 and higher education to healthcare and civic facilities, often valued well above $10 million.

Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site activities for large-scale commercial construction projects from mobilization through project closeout.
Coach and monitor subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to CORE’s safety standards and OSHA requirements.
Maintain a critical path project schedule, ensuring subcontractors and vendors meet milestone dates.
Review project drawings, specifications, ASIs, RFIs, and submittals for accuracy and field coordination.
Implement quality control measures to ensure timely correction of deficiencies and top-tier project outcomes.
Facilitate proactive subcontractor coordination, ensuring seamless execution across multiple scopes.
Resolve unforeseen field conditions by working directly with the owner, architect, and engineering teams.
Produce detailed daily reports and deliver weekly schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Uphold jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation at all times.
Serve as CORE’s on-site representative, maintaining client relationships and reinforcing our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role.
Proven leadership in delivering institutional and commercial projects of $10M+ in value.
Deep understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor management.
Proficient in reviewing and managing ASIs, RFIs, and Material Submittals.
Skilled communicator with the ability to lead diverse field teams and represent CORE to clients and partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore.
Experience with CMAR and Design‑Build delivery methods required.
OSHA 30 Certification and a valid Driver’s License required.
Must be willing to travel within Nevada as needed for project execution.
