Responsibilities
Define and oversee the full performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Manage multi-channel paid media operations, ensuring alignment with growth KPIs
Lead high-scale campaign tests and implement automation for optimization
Forecast budgets, manage pacing, and track ROI across all channels
Mentor and develop team members in campaign management and analysis
Integrate performance data with CRM, analytics, and business reporting systems
Monitor new technologies, privacy changes, and platform algorithms to guide the company’s paid media evolution
Report campaign performance and strategic recommendations directly to senior management
Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns across multiple platforms
Optimize campaigns to achieve target metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
Design and execute creative and audience tests to identify scalable tactics
Analyze campaign results, identify performance patterns, and refine strategies
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and channel allocations
Provide performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics teams to align on creative and conversion goals
Assist in setting up and launching paid ad campaigns (audiences, budget, targeting, creatives)
Monitor campaign performance daily or weekly; flag anomalies or underperforming ads
Execute simple optimizations (pause poor performers, adjust bids, refresh creatives)
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets and copy
Generate basic campaign performance reports and track KPIs
Stay updated on advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices
Maintain organized campaign documentation and budget trackers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing
Proven content writing or copywriting experience
Working knowledge of content management systems
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
Solid organizational and time management skills
Knowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web design
Experience/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Able to work on a graveyard shift
Technical Requirements
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
