The Senior Director II, Customer Marketing and Strategic Planning, is the Chief Marketing Officer for the Customer Portfolio and a transformative marketing executive serving as the face of Coca‑Cola marketing to one of our largest and most strategic customers. This elevated customer‑facing role is deeply entrenched in the customer landscape, driving marketing and business strategy that delivers measurable impact and industry leadership. As a member of the Customer Leadership Team, this executive partners closely with sales, commercial, and broader FSOP Marketing LT to craft and execute a unified vision that strengthens customer relationships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & CMO Influence
Act as the principal marketing executive for the Customer team, guiding the strategic marketing direction, brand presence, and commercial agenda for Coca‑Cola across all customer channels.
Serve as the senior‑most face of Coca‑Cola marketing to customers, especially at the C‑suite level, cultivating strategic partnerships, influencing joint business planning, and driving marketing negotiations at the highest levels.
Provide visionary leadership and subject matter expertise on emerging marketing trends, digital transformation, and next‑generation consumer engagement across the system.
Provide strategic input to ABP and LRP for the overall customer team.
Business Strategy & Strategic Planning
Develop integrated business plans that connect marketing strategy, commercial priorities, and financial objectives, ensuring alignment with both Wendy’s and Coca‑Cola’s short‑ and long‑term goals.
Facilitate regular business planning reviews and updates with senior leadership, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
Lead and manage the internal business planning processes for the team, ensuring alignment across all cross‑functional teams.
Drive integration of strategic priorities into actionable business plans.
Customer Engagement & Account Impact
Deeply engage with the customers call points, leveraging marketing ac, insights, and influencing skills to shape mutually beneficial strategies.
Negotiate marketing investment and partnership models at the senior executive level, maximizing Coca‑Cola’s presence, efficiency, and ROI in customer marketing initiatives.
Indirect People Leadership & Team Development
Contribute as a leader to develop, inspire, and advance a diverse high‑performance account team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within foodservice, beverage, or related industries.
Proven track record of influencing C‑suite stakeholders and senior customers.
Ability to develop, communicate, and lead business planning processes, integrating strategic marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer marketing.
