Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
Provide guidance to clients on using the platform features and tools effectively
Assist with troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns promptly
Offer insights and best practices to help clients maximize their marketing campaigns
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance the service experience
Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing to provide relevant support
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
