elite on-site event sales team in Phoenix
to support
all Tony Robbins live event sales . This role mirrors the core DNA of our
Personal Results Specialist (PRS)
position while operating in a
high-energy, on-site environment , directly supporting clients who are ready to take decisive action at Tony Robbins events.
This is a role for serious sales professionals who want more than quotas and transactions. You will work with individuals at pivotal moments—helping them commit to experiences like Unleash the Power Within, Date With Destiny, and Mastery University—and guiding them to make aligned decisions that accelerate their personal and professional growth.

What You’ll Do As an On-Site Event Sales Representative, you will operate at the intersection of
sales excellence and human transformation .
You will engage directly with clients attending Tony Robbins events, leading deep, enrollment-focused conversations that help them clarify what they want, identify what’s holding them back, and commit to the programs that best support their goals.
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Tony Robbins event ecosystem and confidently guide clients toward the experiences that align with their vision, readiness, and desired outcomes. This role is designed for
strong closers
who lead with service, integrity, and a long-term view of the client relationship.
You will be expected to deliver a
best-in-class client experience —one rooted in listening, trust-building, and value creation—while operating within a high-performance sales culture that values preparation, follow-through, and accountability.
You will work alongside a tight-knit, performance-driven team that is aligned around shared standards, clear expectations, and meaningful results. Coaching, feedback, and skill development are core to how we operate, and you will be supported in continuously sharpening your sales craft.
This role requires comfort with
high-volume, high-intensity sales activity , including frequent client conversations, disciplined follow-up, and consistent use of performance metrics to track and improve results.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently enroll clients into Tony Robbins events through authentic, high-trust sales conversations
Maintain strong conversion rates while upholding the integrity of the client experience
Operate with discipline in a fast-paced, on-site sales environment
Use KPIs and feedback to improve performance week over week
Contribute positively to a high-standards, team-first sales culture
Who This Role Is For
Experienced in high-volume, phone-based or live sales environments and comfortable managing a full day of enrollment conversations
Proven performers in high-ticket sales who understand how to guide clients through meaningful purchase decisions
Resilient, coachable, and unfazed by rejection or pressure
Confident communicators who can connect with people from all backgrounds with professionalism and empathy
Deeply aligned with the Tony Robbins mission and motivated by helping others create real change
Driven by growth—both personal and financial—and excited by performance-based earning potential
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), structured sales processes, and performance tracking is essential.
Training & Compensation You will receive a
paid training and ramp-up program

On-target earnings (OTE) are currently under discussion
and will be competitive with top-tier, high-ticket event sales roles. This position is designed for individuals who expect to be rewarded for performance and impact.
