The Opportunity As an Event Sales Representative, you’ll be on the frontlines enrolling clients into Tony Robbins’ world-class programs, including: Unleash the Power Within (UPW) Date With Destiny (DWD) Business Mastery Mastery University You’ll operate on an elite, in-person sales floor with daily coaching, clear performance standards, and leadership invested in your development. This is a proving ground for future top closers and sales leaders. Who This Role Is For This role is built for someone who: Is ambitious, competitive, and disciplined Wants a real career in sales, not just a paycheck Values integrity, service, and accountability Believes in growth and personal development Wants to be surrounded by winners You might come from: Call center or outbound sales Hospitality, fitness, or service Commission-based environments Any role where results mattered What You’ll Do Maintain a minimum of 100+ dials / day, meeting all key metrics on talk time, meaningful conversations / day, enrollments, and conversion Speak with warm leads interested in our programs Help clients make confident decisions about investing in their growth Enroll clients into Tony Robbins’ events Operate inside a structured, high-performance sales system Track results in our CRM Participate in daily coaching and development What Success Looks Like You show up hungry and prepared You take coaching seriously You care about your clients and your results You build elite sales skills You earn your way into bigger opportunities Top performers can build six-figure sales careers.
