Candidate should have above average skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They should have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Attention to detail a must. Outside sales reps must have time management skills, be self-motivated, be able to build relationships, and always maintain a positive attitude. Customer facing roles require maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
