Were looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to support our Service Department in maximizing appointments, increasing retention, and delivering high-quality customer engagement./ppPay: $40,000 - $55,000 annual compensation depending on skill and experience./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliRespond promptly to phone, internet, and chat inquiries from customers./liliProactively reach out to current and prospective service customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and follow-ups./liliManage the service appointment pipeline and follow up on missed or declined service opportunities./liliWork with the Service Manager and Advisors to meet departmental goals./liliMaintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions./liliAssist with service campaigns, recalls, and customer satisfaction initiatives./liliProvide a friendly and helpful experience on every interaction./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliPrevious experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience preferred, but not required)/liliStrong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills/liliHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize/liliComfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and dealership management software/liliDriven, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team/liliBeing bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!/li/ulh3What We Offer/h3ulliFamily business that provides a supportive and collaborative work environment./liliCompetitive pay with performance incentives./liliFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))./lili3 weeks paid time off./liliOpportunities for advancement within the dealership group./li/ulpIf you are ready to take your career to the next level and be part of a reputable Volvo dealership, please submit your resume.
