We offer you a challenging career where you will have the opportunity to grow professionally./ppstrongWhat are the day-to-day responsibilities?/strong/polliReceiving inbound sales phone calls and Internet leads/liliIdentifying the clients needs and scheduling appointments/liliPlacing outbound phone calls to potential leads/liliEnsuring all clients concerns are addressed prior to appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration./liliContacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment/liliFollowing up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction/liliMaintaining current knowledge of all promotions and inventory/liliAttending Sales meetings/liliConsistently meeting/exceeding goals which correspond to the objectives of the dealership/li/olpstrongWhat are the requirements for this job?/strong/pulliPrevious automotive sales experience or relevant sales experience is required./liliHigh level of professionalism/liliExcellent oral, written and positive interpersonal communication skills/liliStrong customer service, sales, or telemarketing background/liliAbility to work well under pressure/liliComputer literacy

developing proficiency with all features of the BDC CRM software/liliStrong organizational and follow-up skills/liliAbility to read and comprehend instructions and information/liliExcellent problem-solving skills/liliCall center experience is a plus, but not necessary./liliValid Drivers License and ability to maintain insurability/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent/li/ulpstrongCompensation:/strong $16.90 per hour plus commission. Average regular rate of pay after base and bonus ranges from $20 to $35 per hour.
