Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness./ppThe Ethicon Associate Account Executive will:/pulliExpand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and to convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction/liliSupport to the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities, and upon successful completion of duties, will be eligible to compete for role as an Account Executive/liliBe trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting./liliExecute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action./liliUnderstand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products./liliDemonstrate the ability to manage customer product questions, and objections, in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology./liliConduct sales presentations by using current selling methods learned in sales training courses./liliAssist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room./liliComply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge./li/ulpAdditional job responsibilities include:/ppComply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge. Conduct business in accordance with the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other JJ policies and procedures./ppRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree/lili0 - 2 years business exp/liliThe ability to travel as necessary (potentially overnight and/or weekend) and/or relocate to an assigned geography as needed/liliValid Drivers License issued the United States/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulli2+ years of professional experience/liliEstablished business planning and forecasting experience/liliBachelors Degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business preferred/liliExperience selling in a new or changed sales channel/liliStrong desire to learn and grow professionally/liliExcellence in process management and organizational agility/liliDocumentation of successful sales performance/liliThe ability to work in an operating room/li/ulpJohnson
